A new trailer has dropped for Transformers: Fall of Cybertron. Get ready to get your geek on…
Michael Bay may have taken a colossal dump from a mighty, great height on Transformers fans' memories with his horrible films, but High Moon Studios knows how to do the classic license justice.
2010's Transformers: War for Cybertron was a great re-imaging of the 80s classic G1 series, taking the right amount of original content and mixing it in with a modern twist, the game played well, looked great and was a hit with fans of the robots in disguise. This was how a Transformers reboot should be done, are you taking notes Michael? Of course not, you're busy pissing around with the Turtles now. Meh.
Anyway, the next High Moon Transformers game has been causing a fuss with fans since it was announced, and revealed the likes of Devastator and Grimlock jumping into the fray, and now a new trailer has founds its way online (via Gamespot).
The new trailer, aside from the obligatory, ear-rending dubstep, looks pretty damn fine, and the fall of Cybertron looks like it's going to be particularly explosive. Not only that, but the trailer reveals the release date (at least for North America) of August 28. Take a look, and get ready for some genuine nerdgasms.
