The Tribes: Ascend beta is now open to all-comers, and you can grab it right now…
The beta testing phase for Tribes: Ascend has been trundling along for a few months now, but this exclusive club is about to be blown wide open as the beta will probably be open by the time you read this.
The beta for the new, free-to-play outing of long-running jetpack-happy FPS can be grabbed from the official site (link below), and a new patch and a slew of new modes and maps will appear to coincide with the launch. Exisitng beta testers characters will also carry over to the new version.
