Disney announces that it’s going to be screening an extended preview of Tron: Legacy in cinemas across the country at the end of the month. Here’s how you can get tickets…
Disney has kicked off the countdown to the release of Tron: Legacy by taking a leaf out of Avatar's book. It's just over a year since footage from Avatar was previewed in cinemas, allowing us to get an extended trailer for the film ahead of its release in December 2009 (it feels like a lot longer since Avatar was released, too). And in a few weeks' time, you're going to be able to do the same with Tron: Legacy.
On October 28th, Disney will be holding Tron Night 3D in cinemas, presumably across the world. This will offer a screening of 23 minutes of footage from the new film, and the preview will be in 3D.
Tickets for Tron Night will be free of charge, and to get access to a screening, you need to head over to www.disneyscreenings.com and enter the codeword Legacy. The tickets are going to be distributed on a first come, first served basis. Have fun...
