Endlessly touted as being bigger, badder and better than the first game, Borderlands 2 is going to pack in quite a lot of new features, and this latest trailer, narrated by stiff upper lip-wielding, Sir Hammerlock, details some of what awaits.
With over 87 bazillion guns, all of which are, as in the first game, randomly generated (so no two guns are ever the same), and all sorts of new environments such as pristine cities, rolling green hills and toxic swamps, there’s much more to be found in the second outing of Gearbox’s loot-tastic FPS.
The new classes all boast their own skills, many similar to the first game, but there’s more scope for powering up your chosen warrior. There’s also local split screen multiplayer alongside the online options, and two players on the same console can also go online, amongst many other additions and refinements. So, have a gawk at the trailer below.
Borderlands 2 will be released on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on September 18.
