On the lookout for a new comedy for the autumn? Then The Oranges might just fit the bill. Firstly, any film where the wonderful Allison Janney gets a big role is on the right track in the first place. Then, this is Hugh Laurie's first post-House movie role (before he moves onto RoboCop). And then the rest of the cast - including Catherine Keener and Oliver Platt - looks really sharp, too.
A first trailer for the film has appeared, and you can see it below. It's not bursting with giggles, granted, but the assembled ensemble suggests there might be more to this one than first appears...
