New third person sci-fi shooter, Binary Domain, gets a demo this week

Developed by Yakuza creator, Toshihiro Nagoshi, and published by Sega, Binary Domain is an upcoming third-person shooter that features co-op, cover-based play in a dystopian future world. This is a world where deadly, human-impersonating robots are rampaging around, doing bad, bad things, and only an elite team of soldiers can combat the menace.

Yes, it does admittedly sound a little generic, and there's no shortage of cover-based third person shooters around, but the game does look like it could be an interesting title, and as it's now arriving in demo form, ahead of the February 24th Europe release (Feb 28 in North America), so you can try before you buy.

The demo is out now on PlayStation Network in the US, with the Xbox 360 demo arriving tomorrow, and we should see the demo also arrive in Europe tomorrow too.
