It’s been some time since we last saw a film from Alexander Payne. And given that his last movie was the quite brilliant Sideways, his next project is one we’ve been eagerly awaiting.
As it turns out, the wait is nearly over. The Descendants, starring George Clooney, is screening at the London Film Festival, and a new trailer for the movie has just appeared over in the States. It’s quite a brief promo, granted, but we’ve seen little within it to put us off the film.
