Just a quick one this. Last week saw the MIPCOM Conference taking place in Cannes. This is a marketplace for TV and entertainment companies to sell their shows, make deals to produce new ones, and choose from a selection of soft beverages at the bar. Something like that, anyway.
BBC Worldwide was there, anyway, and by the looks of it, it was selling the international rights to the marvellous Sherlock. So much so, that this promotional flyer was produced. Said flyer suggest that Baker Street might be the place to go for a sing song.
Sherlock returns to BBC One in early 2012 (very early, we’re hearing, but don’t quote is on that. Mainly because we can’t prove it, or anything trivial like that).
