The latest casting news and a rumoured title arrive for the 23rd James Bond film, starring Daniel Craig and Judi Dench…
With production finally about to begin in the next month or two, more and more news has started to come in regarding the 23rd James Bond movie.
We already know that it’s being directed by Sam Mendes, that Daniel Craig and Judi Dench are returning, and that it’s due out towards the back end of 2012. We also know that Javier Bardem and Ralph Fiennes are on board, too.
You can add Bernice Marlohe to the cast list, too, though, as it’s been confirmed that she’s going to be playing the Bond girl in the movie. And The Playlist is now adding that Helen McCrory (Narcissa Malfoy in the Harry Potter movies) has signed up to appear in the film. We're unsure what McCrory's role is at this stage, though.
A rumoured title for the film has started floating around, too, uncovered by the folks at What Culture. They discovered that a brand protection company had been registering URLs for Sony Pictures, which included the likes of jamesbond-skyfall.com, skyfallfilm, net and skyfallmovie.net.
Can we assume from that that the next James Bond movie might be going under the title of Skyfall? We're putting it in italics on the off-chance. It certainly looks a possibility, and it's a far better name than Quantum Of Solace, too…
More on 007 as we get it.
