Two more familiar faces have been spotted filming Game Of Thrones’ third season in Belfast, but which characters are they playing?

Torchwood’s Owen Harper (Burn Gorman), most recently seen in Chris Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises, is one of the latest names reported to have been seen filming Game Of Thrones’ third season.

Thrones site Winter Is Coming received news that Gormon was spotted on set in Belfast shooting scenes alongside members of the Night’s Watch, Mormont, Samwell, Grenn, and Dolorous Edd (or James Cosmo, John Bradley, Mark Stanley, and Ben Crompton as they’re known on their driving licenses).

The Borgias’ Noah Taylor, who gave a stand-out performance as weedy parent Lloyd Tate in 2010’s Submarine, and is perhaps most recognisable as Mr Bucket from Tim Burton’s Charlie And The Chocolate Factory, was also spotted filming alongside Gorman.

The smart money’s on the pair being part of the Night’s Watch group attacked by - well, that would be a spoiler now wouldn’t it - at the Fist of the First Men, though HBO has yet to confirm their exact roles.

Of course, the casting biggie yet to be announced for Game Of Thrones’ next season is the part of King-beyond-the-wall Mance Rayder. Word has it that The Wire and John Carter's Dominic West was offered the role, but turned it down, owing to his not wanting to be away from his family during the extended Iceland shoot. Shame, that, McNulty would have fitted in a treat.
