The new Sim City has gotten many a PC-gaming tactician and would-be city planner all awash with anticipation. As one of the most successful simulation games of all time, the Sim City series is a favourite of many veteran gamers who remember a time before those damn Sims crept onto our screens, and it's great to see its return to the world stage.
This informative clip isn't so much an actual trailer for the game, but instead demonstrates how the game engine powering the proceedings works. So, although this isn't the actual game running as it will when you get your hands on it, it still gives us a good idea of how things will look and play out. And, from the complex and intriguing features of the engine, this city-builder looks like it could be a worthy sequel to its illustrious ancestors.
