The third time’s certainly no charm, as BioShock Infinite’s latest troubled assailant is revealed…
Irrational Games is keen to pump up the creep factor in the latest outing of the BioShock series, and the latest enemy reveal is more than a little bit on the odd side.
Called the Boys of Silence, these blind foes are capped with a strange, diving bell-style helmet adorned with large trumpet hearing aids. Their faces are obscured, presumably to hide their hideous visages, making them all the more terrifying.
Functioning like mobile cameras and warning sirens, these unpleasant characters will be all to keen to sound the alarm if they detect you, calling in reinforcements. So, you'll have to plan how to take them on carefully, or decide if it's better to sneak around them and leave them be.
BioShock Infinite is coming on October 16, and if the game's quality is anything like the variety of its foes, it's going to more than live up to its predecessors.
