The second progression trailer for Dragon’s Dogma has arrived, and these pawns aren’t for sacrificing…
Capcom is certainly keen to push the pawn feature of the upcoming Dragon's Dogma, and we're not surprised, as this is a feature that looks better and better the more we see of it.
As discussed in the last trailer, you'll spend you time in Dragon's Dogma, adventuring with AI-controlled pawns. These allies can be levelled up and, if you wish, traded with other players, who can use their abilities to help them in their own game. Likewise, you can use other's pawns to help you, including shopping around for pawns with specific skills or powers to defeat a particularly troublesome foe.
These hired hands may be expensive, but they can, as this trailer reveals, be indispensable in some tough fights, and buying in help is one way to progress through the game.
Dragons Dogma releases on May 22, and will come, as if you didn't already know, with the Resident Evil 6 demo.
