As Superbowl weekend approaches in the US, so an army of movie marketing clever people prepare very expensive promo spots for their upcoming blockbuster films. It’s got to the point where there’s a ten second preview of a television commercial for The Avengers doing the rounds.
Paramount has thus, seemingly wisely, chosen to get a quick march on the pack, by releasing the full spot for G.I. Joe: Retaliation before the weekend. And considering how forgettable the first film was, this one might just be shaping up into something considerably more impressive. Take a look and see what you reckon.
