Henry Cavill has been chatting about Superman: Man Of Steel, and trying on that suit properly for the first time...
Heading into cinemas at the end of next week is Tarsem Singh’s new movie, Immortals. And, over the weekend, a posh press junket for the film took place in the States, which meant that lots of people asked one of the film’s stars, Henry Cavill, about another project he’s involved with.
For Cavill is, as you more than likely know, the next big screen Superman, and he’s in the middle of filming Man Of Steel for director Zack Snyder.
Over at CBS-19, they asked Cavill about pulling on the iconic suit for the first time. "I got to see it through various prototypes and stages of development," Cavill he revealed. “But still, the first time I had it all on with the cape, I deliberately didn't look in the mirror as it was going on. I wanted to have that sort of turnaround moment. Probably one of the best moments of my life, to turn around and realize that I'm Superman. There's no other feeling like it. That still hasn't gone, either. Still, when I'm in the trailer, I'm going, 'this is so cool!'"
Man Of Steel isn’t set for release until 14th June 2013, and Cavill leads a cast that also includes Amy Adams, Diane Lane, Kevin Costner, Ruseell Crowe, Michael Shannon and Laurence Fishburne.
