One of the ramifications of the first trailer to Adam Sandler’s latest vehicle, Jack And Jill, being so splendidly spoofed all over the Internet is that a pretty shitty looking film has got a lot of publicity oxygen.
This new poster? It’s a stark reminder of what lies ahead. And I say that as someone who generally likes Adam Sandler movies.
There’s a very, very slim chance that Jack And Jill will deliver the guffaws, and emerge as a compelling film. But, you’d have to say right now that the odds are not stacked in its favour. And it’s hard to see this new poster interesting many human beings in picking up a ticket for it.
